Gene Teague <br /> <br />Pledge to the American flag <br /> <br />Consider approval of the minutes of City Council's meetings of November <br />12 and 26, 2002. (See Enclosures #1-a and l-b} <br /> <br />Recognition of City employees receiving service awards from October <br />through December 2002. (See Enclosure #2) <br /> <br />COMMENTS: These employees will not be at the meeting, but the Mayor <br />will read the list. <br /> <br />III. Recognition of Nominees for the 2002 Fourth Quarter Service Excellence <br /> Award and announcement of Quarterly winn[r. (See Enclosure #3) <br /> <br />COMMENTS: These employees have been invited to the meeting. <br /> <br />IV. Recognition of Keith C. Nichols, M.D. by the Fire Department for his <br /> service to the community as Operational Medical Director since 1990. <br /> <br />V. Conduct the Town Meeting. (See Enclosure #4) <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />Consider awarding a contract to the low bidder for the R. P. Thomas site <br />development, known as "Academy Place Site Development". (See <br />Enclosure #5) <br /> <br />VII. Consider adoption of revisions to the City's FY03 budget. <br /> <br />VIII. Business from the Floor <br /> <br />This section of the Council meeting provides citizens the <br />opportunity to discuss matters, which are not listed on the printed <br />agenda. In that the Council meetings are broadcast on Government <br />Channel 5, the City Council is responsible for the content of the <br />programming. Thus, any person wishing to bring a matter to <br />Council's attention under this Section of the agenda should: (1) <br />come to the podium and state their name and address; (2) state the <br />matter that they wish to discuss and what action they would like for <br />Council to take; (3) limit their remarks to five minutes; and (4) <br /> <br /> <br />
