L, RP- 1 Professional District of the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />Set a Public Hearing for Tuesday, September 24, 2002, on a request <br />from Troy E. Rakes, to rezone 602 and 604 Rives Road, Tax Map ID <br />53(02) 14,15, from R-9 Residential to C-1 Commercial and amend the <br />proposed Land Use Plan to indicate Commercial rather than the <br />current designation of Residential.
