AGENDA ADDENDUM <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />CITY OF MARTINSVILLE, VIRGINIA <br /> <br />City Council Chamber - Municipal Building <br /> 7:30 P.M. - Tuesday, April 9, 2002 <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL WILL RECESS/ADJOURN AND CONVENE AS THE <br />MARTINSVILLE REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />I. Consider authorizing the Mayor as Chairman to execute a Lease <br /> Agreement with Lesa Stone Vinson in her capacity as Trustee of the <br /> James Wade Adkins Irrevocable Trust for the use of property located at <br /> 107 West Church Street in the City of Martinsville. (See Enclosure #1} <br /> <br />II. Consider authorizing the Mayor as Chairman to execute a Memorandum <br /> of Understanding with Patrick Henry Community College for the use of <br /> property located at 107 West Church Street for the purpose of <br /> conducting its motor sports training program. (See Enclosure #2) <br /> <br />III. Consider, in Closed Session, in accordance with the Code of Virginia, <br /> Chapter 21--Freedom of Information Act, Section 2.1-344(A)--Executive <br /> or Closed Meetings, the following: <br /> <br />A. Disposition of publicly held real property as authorized by Subsection <br /> 3. <br /> <br />B. Consultation with legal counsel as authorized by Subsection 7. <br /> <br />Earl B.
