(See Enclosure #7) <br /> <br />COMMENTS: The Planning Commission has recommended approval of <br />this Special Use Permit; therefore, we recommend approval. <br /> <br />Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adoption of an Ordinance on a <br />request by the City of Martinsville to rezone an area located between <br />Lester, Green and Clay Streets and the railroad right-of-way, specifically <br />identified on the Tax Map of the City of Martinsville as 33(3)F/1,2; <br />33(3)G/lB, lC-R,3; 33(2)00/1,2,3,4, and 33(3)G/16, from R-9 <br />Residential and M-1 Industrial to RP-1 Residential-Professional. <br /> <br /> <br />
