Joseph E. Finley, Drug Task Force of M-HC, 1989-2001 <br /> <br />B. Alvin Ratliff, Henry-Martinsville Joint Social Services Board, <br /> 1998-2001 <br /> <br />Recognition of and presentation to City's Public Information <br />Officer, Cynthia Renee Wyatt. <br /> <br />Introduction by Ms. Betty Jane Simpson, Chairman of Blue Ridge <br />Regional Library Board, of Mr. Hal Hubener, new Director of the <br />Library. <br /> <br />Business from the floor. <br /> <br />Consider adoption of a Resolution requesting the Virginia Depart- <br />ment of Transportation to act favorably on the proposal by Branch <br />Highways to build U.S. Route 58 (from Stuart to 1-77 in Carroll <br />County) under the Public Private Transportation Act. <br />(See Enclosure #2) <br /> <br />COMMENTS: We recommend adoption of the Resolution as <br />prepared. <br /> <br /> <br />
