Shultz presiding, was held in the Council Chamber, <br /> <br />City Hall, on Tuesd2_y, October 8, 1957, at 7:30 F.E., 2J.l members being present, <br /> <br />as follows: Mayor and COC:cl1cilman John W. Shultz; Vice-l.I.ayor and Councilman E. E. <br /> <br />Stone; and Councilmen C. C. Donavant, B. H. Hill, and J. R.
