236 <br /> TUESDAY, September 26, 2000 <br /> <br />City Cotmcil then adjourned and convened as the Martinsville Redevelopment and Housing Authority. Each <br />member of the Martinsville Redevelopmerit and Housing Authority certified that (1) only public business <br />matters exempt from open meeting requirements were discussed in said executive session; and (2) only those <br />business matters identified in the motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered <br />during said Session. <br /> <br />Following their return to open meeting, the Martinsville Redevelopment and Housing Authority took the <br />following action: <br /> <br /> A. Authorized the Chairman to execute an agreement for a one-year lease for the third floor of <br /> the BB&T Building at 1 Ellsworth Street for a recruiting incentive for prospective businesses. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before Council, upon motion duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br />Mayor Crabtree declared the meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />Clarence C.
