Such sign shall have a maximum area of three (;3) square feet for each lineal foot <br />of the shortest building frontage occupied by a single permitted use. <br /> <br />For each service station. one (I) ground accessory sign having a maximum height of <br />twenty-five (25) feet and area of one hundred (100) square feet and minimum distance <br />of ten (11]) feet from a street line. <br /> <br />For each premises, in addition to other permitted signs, one (I) movable and nonattached <br />accessory sign having a maximum height of five (5) feet and a maximum sign area of <br />twelve (l?) square feet. Such sign she!( be of A -frame or stand type construction, shall <br />be adequately weighted to prevent wind movement, and shall not be stationed within five <br />(5) feet of the street right-of-way line. This provision does not apply to shopping <br />centers. <br /> <br />For each premise having accessory vehicular service entrances. one (!) identification <br />wall sign over each such entrance. having a maximum area of one (I) square foot for <br />each lineal foot of entrance opening. Such sign she tl serve only to identify the general <br />purpose of such entrance and shall bear no reference to a specific name or product sold <br />on the premises. <br /> <br />Signs - CI-A Intermediate Commercial District <br /> The following signs are permitted in the C -IA District: <br /> <br />t. Any sign permitted in the R -IG, R-9, R-G, P-t, and P-2 Districts. <br /> <br />Any accessory sign or signs: including signs on marquees and awnings as defined in <br />Section U provided, that the total sign area for each premises, including multi -occupancy <br />buildings, shall be the equivalent to three (;3) square feet, or less. for each lineal foot of <br />building frontage occupied. <br /> <br />3. For each service station or public parking lot, one (I) accessory ground sign of maximum <br /> area of fi[ty (50) square feet in addition to other permissible signs. <br /> <br />Permitted signs in Section Xll. Paragraph G2.and Section XII. Paragraph G.3.. may extend <br />into the required setback area. but in no case shaft it extend into the right -of-way: <br />however, in no case nearer than two (?-) feet to the face of the curb adjacent to the <br />traveled way. A ground sign shall not exceed an overall height of twenty -five (25) feet <br />above the street or IoL whichever is higher in elevation and a roof sign shall not exceed <br /> <br /> <br />
