M., <br /> <br />Baldwin Field." <br /> <br /> Council considered the need to meet in Closed Session., In accordance with <br /> <br />Section 2.1-344 (A) <br />by Council Member <br /> <br />convened in Closed <br /> A. <br /> B. <br /> C. <br /> D. <br /> <br />of the Code of Vir.qinia (1950, and as amended) and upon mqtion <br />Dallas, duly seconded, and by unanimous recorded vote, Council <br /> <br />Session, for the purpose of discussing the following matters: <br /> <br />Appointment to the Transportation Safety Commission, as <br />authorized in Subsection 1. <br />Possible acquisition of real property for public use, as <br />authorized by Subsection 3. <br />Possible disposition of publicly-held real property, as <br />authorized by Subsection 3. <br />Consultation with legal counsel, as authorized by Subsection <br />7. <br /> <br />At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of Council certified that <br /> <br />(1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were <br />discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the <br />motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said <br /> <br />Session.
