Council Member Haskell asked, "Will we be able to <br />recoup the $73,000 investment and save funds over time? Will it attract new <br />businesses." Mr. Scaffidi replied, "Absolutely. Once it's in place, there's nothing to add." Council Member <br />Roop asked, "In.addition to the savings, will it generate revenue..'? Will it eliminate the <br />electronic magistrate?" It will not replace the electronic. magistrate because we already <br />own the system and the maintenance fee is very small."
