For purposes of computing holiday pay and compensatory time ear:ned, a <br />declared holiday is defined as eight (8) hours, unless otherwise approved by the City <br />Manager. When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the Friday before the holiday will be observed. <br />When a holiday falls on a Sunday, the Monday following the holiday will be observed. <br /> <br /> <br />
