<br />Sec. 13-4. Same--Exceptions 'to sections 13-2 and 13-3.
<br /> The provisions of sections 13-2 and 13-3 shall not apply to aircraft used in interstate or
<br />foreign commerce nor to aircraft flown over property or places belonging to, or under the
<br />control of, the United States of America or any of its agencies.
<br />
<br />Sec. 13:5. Obstructing justice.
<br /> (a) If any person without just cause knowingly obstructs a judge, magistrate, justice,
<br />juror, attorney for the commonwealth, witness or any law-enforcement officer in the perfor-
<br />mance of his duties as such or fails or refuses without just cause to cease such obstruction
<br />when requested to do so by such judge, magistrate, justice, juror, attorney for the common-
<br />wealth, witness, or law-enforcement officer, he' shall be guilty of a Class 2 .misdemeanor.
<br /> (b) If any person, by threats, or force, knowingly attempts to intimidate or impedeajudge,
<br />magistrate, justice, juror, attorney for the commonwealth, witness, or any law-enforcement
<br />officer, lawfully engaged in his duties as such, or to obstruct or impede the administration of
<br />justice in any court, he shall be deemed to be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

<br /> Sec. 13-6. False fire alarms or calls for ambulance or rescue vehicle.
<br /> Any person who, without just cause therefor, calls, or summons, by telephone or otherwise,
<br /> any fire-fighting equipment, ambulance or rescue vehicle, or who activates a manUal or
<br /> automatic fire alarm in any public building, including, but not limited to, schools, theaters,
<br /> stores, office buildings, shopping centers and malls, coliseums and. arenas and apartment
<br /> buildings, regardless of whether any fire-fighting equipment, ambulance or rescue vehicle
<br /> responds, shall be guilty Of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

<br />Sec. 13-7. Begging on streets or in public places.
<br /> It shall be unlawful and a Class 4 misdemeanor for any person to beg on the streets or in
<br />public places in the city.

<br />Sec. 13-8. Assault and battery.
<br /> Any person.who shall commit a simple assault or assault and battery upon another person
<br />shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
