<br />Sec. 13-21. Trespass by motor vehicle; offenses with respect to signs prohibiting
<br /> such trespass.
<br />
<br /> (a) Any person who operates a motorcycle or other motor vehicle, as those terms are defined
<br />in section 46.2-100 of the Code of Virginia, upon the lands of another upon which signs or
<br />posters have been placed prohibiting the operation of motorcycles or other motor vehicles by
<br />others upon such lands, without having in his possession the written consent of the owner of
<br />such lands, or his agent, shall be guilty of a class 4 misdemeanor.

<br /> (b) Any person who shall mutilate, destroy or take down any "no motor bikes, motorcycles
<br />or jeeps allowed" sign or poster or similar sign or poster on the lands of another, or who shall
<br />post such sign or poster on the lands of another, without the written consent of the owner of
<br />such lands or his agent, shall be guilty of a class 4 misdemeanor.

<br /> Sec. 13-22. Failure to leave school premises when directed so to do.
<br />
<br /> Should any person, whether or not a student, when upon the premises of any school or
<br /> within or upon the buildings and grounds of any school or within or upon any gymnasium,
<br /> stadium, field or park at which school functions or games are conducted, fall to promptly leave
<br /> such premises, buildings, grounds, gymnasium, stadium, field or park, when directed to do so
<br /> by any duly authorized person assigned to such school, premises, function or event or by any
<br /> police officer or peace officer, he shall be guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor. As used in this
<br /> section, a duly authorized person shall be deemed to be any person who, at the time in
<br /> question, is in possession of a written authorization bearing the signature of the superinten-
<br /> dent of schools of this city, designating such person by nome as so authorized to act under this
<br /> section.

<br />Sec. 13-23. Loitering on or near residential property.
<br />
<br /> It shall be unlawful and a class 3 misdemeanor for any person to loiter in any street or alley
<br />or on or near any residential property for the purpose of spying or peeping in a residence or
<br />watching the residents of such property in such a manner as to disrupt an individual's right
<br />to tranquility in his home and be reasonably likely to provoke a breach of the peace.

<br />Sec. 13-23.1. Loitering in, upon, or around any public place.
<br /> It shall be unlawful and a class ~ misdemeanor for any person to loiter in, upon, or around
<br />any public place, including, without limitation, the Martinsville Municipal Building, located at
<br />55 West Church Street, Martinsville, Virginia, and the land that surrounds it.
