Appeals from board of appeals; <br /> <br /> Any person aggrieved by any decision of the board of appeals may, within thirty (30) days <br />after the filing of the decision of the board of appeals, but not thereafter, present to a court of <br />record a petition duly verified, setting forth a claim that such decision is illegal, in whole or <br />in part, and specifying the grounds of alleged illegality, whereupon such decision of the board <br />of appeals shall be subject to review as provided by law. <br />(Ord. of 2-23-82, § 4.7; Ord.
