Nancy Carter, of 1112 Cherokee Trail, asked, "Who do we call for leash law <br />problems?" Mrs. Prillaman responded, "You can call me." Michael Rogers, Chief of <br />Police, added, "However, I also encourage you to call 911, if necessary, espedally if it is <br />a large animal." Council Member Haskeil stated, "The word is out to call. The City's <br />looking better as a result, and citizens feel .they're receiving better service," Vice Mayor <br />Teague stated, "Thank you, Brenda, for responding when City Council calls." Council <br />Member Dallas stated, "1 like the newest feature, bulk pickup of garbage." <br /> <br /> Mr. Cashwell introduced Earl Smith. Mr. Smith stated, "For eighteen years I <br /> drove a truck, and, at the age of 40, decided to make a career change. I am a product <br /> of this City.
