1. Nationwide shell be responsible for the maintenance of the leased area and shall <br /> leave it in the same condition at the termination of this Lease as it waS in prior <br /> thereto. <br /> <br /> 2. Nationwide shall be required to carry liability insur_~__n~ce for personal injury and <br /> property ds_mage on the leased premises with limits of $1,000,000.00, and the <br /> policy providing coverage sb~]] n~me Authority as 3n additional insured <br /> thereunder. <br /> <br /> 3. Either party to this Lease may terminate s~me during the lease period by <br /> written notice given at least 30 days in advance of the termination date of its <br /> intent to terminate S~me on said date. <br /> <br /> 4.
