Mr. Bartlett added that the increased revenue from the expected increase in Real Estate tax <br />revenue, plus additional utility billings, would result in more than $16, 000 in new annual revenue. Ms. <br />Haskell asked Mr. Reynolds how he would characterize the existing housing stock in the City, and Mr. <br />Reynolds stated that much of the housing stock lacked amenities that home buyers expect today. There <br />was no further discussion of budget matters following this discussion. <br /> <br /> Under items not on the Agenda, Mayor Crabtree noted the receipt of a letter of thanks from the <br />Henry Volunteer Fire Department for the recent donation by the City of a used fire truck to their <br />company. The Mayor also mentioned the availability of the new Junior League Cookbook, titled <br />Barracuda in Velvet Gloves, at a cost of $20 each. <br /> <br /> Council next considered the need to meet in Executive Session. In accordance with Section 2.1 - <br />344 (A) of the CODE OF VIRGINIA( 1950, and as amended) and upon motion, duly seconded, and:by <br />unanimous recorded vote, Council convened in Executive Session, for the purpose of discnassing :fi~e <br />following matters: <br /> <br /> A.
