To date, all concerns in the Museum region <br />have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. Citizens making <br />complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 281 actual complaints recorded for this area between June, 1998, and <br />June, 1999. Of the 281 complaints recorded, 254 have been resolved and 27 are <br />presently pending with measures being taken to correct the situation. Duplicate <br />complaints on the same address are noted on attached report. ' <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service but does <br />not include routine calls for service.
