Vote: 4-0 <br /> <br />Yeas: (4) Dallas, Haskell, Roop, Teague. <br /> <br />Nays: (0) None. <br /> <br /> 16 <br />TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 1999 <br /> <br /> The Martinsville Redevelopment and Housing Authority then considered the need to meet in <br />Executive Session. In accordance with Section 2.1-344 (A) of the CODE OF VIRGINIA (1950, and as <br />amended) and upon motion, duly seconded, and by unanimous recorded vote, the Martinsville <br />Redevelopment and Housing Authority then convened in Executive Session, for the purpose of discussing <br />the following matters: <br /> <br /> A. Possible disposition of City-owned property, as authorized by Subsection 3. <br /> <br /> B. Possible acquisition of real property for public use, as authorized by Subsection 3. <br /> <br /> At the .conclusion of this Executive Session, each member of the Martinsville Redevelopment and <br />Housing Authority certified that (1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements <br />were discussed in said Executive Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the motion · · <br />convening the Executive Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said Session. <br /> <br />Following their return to open meeting the Martinsville Re, development and Housing Authority took the <br />actions below, by the following vote: <br /> <br />A. Authorized the sale of the property at 111 Endless Street to William D. and Cheryl M. <br /> Gravely for $3,800.00. <br /> <br />B. No action. <br /> <br /> <br />
