(-14 15) For each gourmet brewing shop license, one hundred fifty dollars <br />($150.00) per year; <br /> (4-5 16) For each mixed beverage restaurant license, including restaurants <br />located on the premises of and operated by hotels or motels, or other persons, two <br />hundred dollars ($200.00) per year for a restaurant having a seating capacity of 100 <br />persons or less, three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) per year for a restaurant having a <br />seating capacity of 101 persons to 150 persons, and five hundred dollars ($500.00) per <br />year for a restaurant having a seating capacity of more than 150 persons; <br /> (-1-6 17) For each private, nonprofit club operating a restaurant located on <br />the premises of such club, three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) per year; <br /> (4-7 18) For each mixed beverage caterer's license, five hundred dollars <br />($500.00) per year; and <br /> (48 19) For each mixed beverage special event~ license, ten dollars <br />($10.00) for each day of each event; and <br />(20) For each m ixed beverage club events license, ten dollars ($I0.00) <br />for each day of each event <br /> <br /> (b) All licenses, except tasting, banquet, and mixed beverage special events <br />licenses. and mixed beverage club events licenses, shall be for the calendar year. If an <br />annual license is terminated before the end of the calendar year, the taxpayer may obtain <br />a refund of the license tax prorated on a monthly basis. Alcoholic beverage licenses shall <br />not be transferable. <br /> <br /> (c) An alcoholic beverage license shall not be issued by the City to any person <br />who does not hold'or secure simultaneously the proper state license. If any person holds <br />a City alcoholic beverage license without at the same time holding the proper state <br />license, the City license, during the period when such person does not hold the proper <br />state license, shall confer no privileges under the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control <br />Act. <br /> <br /> (d) No wholesaler who delivers alcoholic beverages in the city but who <br />maintains no place of business in the city shall be required to obtain a local alc"~"-~ic <br />beverage license in the city. <br /> <br /> <br />
