coordinated through the facility administrator of the Detention Home and comply with <br />guidelines established by the facility administrator. <br /> <br /> d. To the extent that the Detention Home is not at capacity, as determined by <br /> <br />the facility administrator with juveniles from Danville and the Contracting Jurisdictions, <br />Danville agrees to accept all additional eligible juveniles from Danville and the <br />Contracting Jurisdictions on a first-come, first-served basis. At all times, however, each <br />of the Contracting Jurisdictions shall be assured of their minimum number of guaranteed <br />beds, even if that means transferring juveniles above the guaranteed number from <br />Danville or the other Contracting Jurisdictions to another facility. In addition, Danville <br />and the Contracting Jurisdictions shall have preference for all beds in the Detention <br />Home over juveniles from jurisdictions other than Danville and the Contracting <br />Jurisdictions. <br /> <br /> Representatives from each Contracting Jurisdiction, the Court Services <br />Units and Judicial Districts shah meet on a quarterly basis to discuss the operation of <br />the Detention Home and other related matters. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Responsibility for Housing When Detention Home is at Capacity. In <br />the event the Detention Homes is at capacity, as determined by the facility administrator <br />and a juvenile from one of the Contracting Jurisdictions who is already in the Detention <br />Home needs to be moved to another facility due to another Contracting Jurisdiction <br />needing to use one of its guaranteed beds as set forth in paragraph 2, or if the Detention <br />Home is at capacity with juveniles from Danville and the Contracting Jurisdictions and a <br />Contracting Jurisdiction is not entitled to place another eligible juvenile in the facility, the <br />Contracting Jurisdiction shall be responsible for placing the juvenile in another detention <br />facility within the Commonwealth, including transportation and all other expenses <br />thereof. <br /> <br />Section 4. Payments by Contracting Jurisdictions. Danville shall prepare and <br />distribute to the Contracting Jurisdictions, at least six months prior to the opening and by <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
