Simpson, Cornerstone South #202, and Susan Kirby, 1115 Cherokee Trail <br />to 4-year terms beginning July 1, 1995 on the Blue Ridge Regional <br />Library Governing Board. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded, and by unanimous vote, Council reappointed <br />Terry L. Roop, 1612 Meadowview Lane, and appointed Cecelia Johnson, <br />1507 White Oak Court, to 4-year terms beginning July 1, 1995 on the <br />Drug Task Force Board of Directors. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council reappointed <br />J. Ronald Austin, 110 Farmington Court, to a 4-year term beginning July <br />1, 1995 on the Patrick Henry Development Council Board. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council appointed <br />Ruth Martin, 307 Sellers Street, to a 3-year term beginning July 1, <br />1995 on the Office on Youth Board. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council reappointed <br />Joseph Higgins, 1233 Mulberry Road, and Dr. James Rountree, Sr., 1152 <br />Yorkshire Road, to 4-year terms beginning July 1, 1995 on the Patrick <br />Henry Community College Board. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council reappointed <br />Sylvia Smith, 106 Mulberry Court, to a 3-year term beginning July 1, <br />1995 on the Piedmont Regional Community Services Board. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council appointed <br />James H. Johnson, Jr. to the Educational Systems Optimization Task <br />Force. <br /> <br /> <br />
