The portion of the meeting related to transportation issues was then dosed, and <br /> <br />Council took a brief break. <br /> <br />Upon their return, Mr. Reynolds informed Council that the subject of their work session on the first Thursday <br />in December would be discussion of Electric, Water & Sewer terms and conditions, relative to customer sign <br />on and deposits. Council agreed, but also agreed to change the meeting date to the second Thursday of <br />December, so that Councilmember Haskell's calendar could be accommodated. There was then some general <br />discussion about the progress on the clean up oftheR. P. Thomas trucking site property that the City had <br />been working on, and Mr. Reynolds suggested that it might be a good idea in the near future to have Council <br />visit the site in the company of Mr. Jay Frith, of Frith Construction, so as to discuss further improvements. <br /> <br />Them being no further business, Mayor Adams adjourned the meeting. <br /> <br />Clerk of Council <br /> <br /> <br />
