The R-9 <br />Residential zoning would also conform to the newly proposed Land Use Plan which is a <br />part of the updated Comprehensi Vl' Plan. The request for n:hHling \" iI L howcver. inel ude <br />only the former industrial building ami land surrounding the structure. The area <br />Sllrl'Ounding the existing monopole structure will remain as 1\1-1 Industrial.
