<br />7) The City/County/DSS will create a committee consisting of the City Manager, County <br />Administrator, and the Director of the Department of Social Services to design and <br />approve a layout and the use of the building, including furniture and fixtures. <br />8) At the end of each calendar year, DSS will schedule on-site facility inspections to include <br />a city representative and a county representative to determine upcoming maintenance <br />needs for inclusion in the city and county budget process.
