('OIIN('11 <br /> <br />Leon Towarnicki, Director of Public Works and Assistant City Manager, briefed <br />Council on traffic counts done on Barrows Mill Road and Clearview Drive giving <br />statistics on types of vehicles and average speeds. He summarized by saying he saw <br />nothing as particularly unusual. Mayor Lawson noted the traffic counter was placed <br />in a curve and may not be a totally accurate way to measure. There was discussion as <br />to impact on Barrows Mill Road traffic and the impact RTI will have.
