As evidenced by the departments involved, the main neighborhood concerns are unsightly <br />properties, dilapidated houses and inoperative vehicles. <br /> <br />. The status of citizens' concerns is monitored regularly. To date, all concerns in the Westside <br />areas have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. Citizens making <br />complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />. This graph includes 197 actual complaints recorded for this area for the 12 month period <br />between September 2007 and September 2008. Of the 197 complaints recorded, 178 have been <br />resolved and 19 are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate <br />complaints on the same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />. Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it does not <br />include routine calls for service.
