Provide continuous accountability and evaluation through customer satisfaction <br />surveys and other performance outcomes <br /> <br />SECTION 14: AMMENDMENTS <br />This Agreement may be amended at any time by the written, signed consent of all the <br />parties. <br /> <br />SECTION 15: ADDITIONS and WITHDRAWALS of CONSORTIUM <br />MEMBERSHIP. <br /> <br />Additions. <br />Any local jurisdiction which is not a party to this Consortium Agreement on the effective <br />date thereof may thereafter join the CONSORTIUM provided the Counties constituting <br />the membership consent and that such local jurisdiction is made a part of a Local <br />Workforce Investment Area designated by the Governor of the Commonwealth of <br />Virginia in accordance with the provisions of the ACT and Regulations, as amended; and, <br />that that jurisdiction adopts and executes this Consortium Agreement. <br /> <br />Withdrawals <br />Any party to this Jurisdictional Agreement shall have the right to withdraw from this <br />Consortium Agreement at any time after written notification of at least ninety (90) days <br />to the CONSORTIUM of the party's intention to withdraw from the Consortium <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />SECTION 16: SEVERABILITY <br />The Consortium may be dissolved and this Agreement may be rescinded only with the <br />consent of all the Boards of Supervisors of each County, and the City Councils of each <br />City party hereto and the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia. <br /> <br />Should any part of this Agreement be invalidated otherwise rendered null and void, the <br />remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Charter Agreement to be <br />executed by the Chairperson of the County Board of Supervisors, and the Mayor of the <br />City of the aforementioned political subdivisions of the Commonwealth of Virginia <br /> <br />PITTSYL VANIA COUNTY <br />BY: <br /> <br />Chairman <br /> <br />Done this day _of 2004 <br />In the County of Pitt sylvania, VA <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />HENRY COUNTY <br />BY: <br /> <br />Done this day _of <br />In the County of Henry, VA <br /> <br />2004 <br /> <br />Consortia Agreement <br />Final Draft <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />Revised 2007 <br />
