Also, included <br />is a 12-month comparison report for same areas for the previous 12-month period. <br /> <br />The main neighborhood concerns continue to be unsightly properties, dilapidated <br />houses and inoperative vehicles. Details on concerns are noted on attached <br />report. <br /> <br />From 3/06 to 3/07, there were 250 concerns processed and for the previous <br />period from 3/05 to 3/06, there were 242 concerns processed. The slight increase <br />for the current report may be due to more active neighborhood watch programs as <br />well as residents taking more pride in their properties due to the city's clean up <br />efforts in enforcing the property maintenance ordinance. <br /> <br />This report includes all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and does <br />not include routine calls for service. <br /> <br />Attachments: <br /> <br />Voting Precinct Map <br />Northside 06-07 <br />Northside 05-06 <br />Northside Concerns <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />No action required <br />
