<br />with tho developer on the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the following street improvements will be provided at the sole <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />expense of the developer: <br /> <br />a. Clearing and grading to full right-of-way limits. <br /> <br />b. storm drainage facilities both within and outside right-of-way limits. <br /> <br />c. Base materials, in place and compacted. <br /> <br />d. Curb-and-gutter. <br /> <br />e. Street survey monuments. <br /> <br />2. That the following street improvements will be provided at the sole <br /> <br />expense of the Ci tjT: <br /> <br />a. Water lines, fire hydrants, tees, valves and house laterals. <br /> <br />b. Sanitary sewer lines within street right-of-way limits or parallel <br />thereto including manholes, tees and house laterals but not <br />including trunk lines to existing sewer outfalls. <br /> <br />e. Street paving from curb to curb. <br /> <br />d. Street lights. <br /> <br />e. Streot name signs. <br /> <br />f. Street trees. <br /> <br />g. Seeding within right-of-way limits to prevent erosion. <br /> <br />3. That the following improvements will be provided at the option of the <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />developer with the City bearing 50% of the cost. <br /> <br />a. Sidewalks. <br /> <br />b. Sanitary sewer trunk lines connecting street sewers with existing <br />outfalls on the following basis: The City will bear 50% of the cost <br />of one foot of trunk line construction for each lineal foot of street <br />opened by the developer and served by the trunk line. The City's <br />obligation, however, shall cease five years after the trunk line <br />construction is authorized. In no event shall the City's share of <br />tho cost exceed 50% of the total cost of the trunk line. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />4.
