Hackler for the installation of the water <br />main on the section of Glendale Road which is located outside <br />of the city lir~its. <br /> <br />I believe that Mr. Hackler was familiar with the City's policies <br />regarding extensions of water mains outside of the City, and <br />therefore, in granting him permission to extend the water mains <br />of these above mentioned streets, I was referring only to those <br />sections which are located inside of the city limits. <br /> <br />~- <br /> <br />I discovered later that part of this line which he constructed <br />along Glendale Road was outside of the City Dnd suggested that <br />he write a letter to you asking permission to utilize this water <br />main. I also informed him that we could not make any water con- <br />nections along this section of water main which is outside of <br />the City until he had obtained official permission to utilize it. <br /> <br />I Hou1d recommend that Hr. INSURANCE <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />No taxicab or for-hire car shall be operated on the streets of <br />Martinsvi11e City unless the owner and driver thereof is nrotected <br />by liability insurance issued by a company authorized to do business <br />in the State of Virginia, which policy shall be in the sum of at <br />least $25,000.00 for injury to one person, $50,000.00 for one accident, <br />and $5,000.00 property damage; such policy or policies shall carry a <br />
