Tha. t the property lying between the we st line of the new thoroughfare <br />and the east line of Sellers Street be rezoned from A-2 Residential to B-1 <br />Business from the intersection of the new thoroughfare and Sellers Street to <br />/_ the north line of the B-2 Business zone bordering along the Norfolk and Western <br />railroad. <br /> <br />2. That the property lying between the westerly projection of the south <br />line of Endless Street, the south line of Emanuel Street, and its projection, <br />the west line of Endless Street, and the east line of the new thoroughfare, <br />be rezoned from A-2 &3sidential to B-1 Business~ <br /> <br />3. That the property lying within the following boundaries be rezoned <br />from A-2 Residential to B-2 Businesss tho north line of the B-2 Business zone <br />bordering the north edge of the Norfolk and Western railroadl the west line of <br />Massey Street; tho south line of Endless Street and its projection westward; <br />and the east line of the now 220 thoroughfare. <br /> <br />4. That the property lying within the following boundaries be rezoned <br />from A-2 Residential to B-2 Businessl the wost line of an a.lloy lying between <br />Maryland and Winston stroets; tho north line of Lavinder Street and its pro- <br />jection westward; the south line of the B-2 Business zone bordering the south <br />edge of the Norfolk and Western railroad; and the west line of the new 220 <br />thoroughfare. This property embraces all properties along Sellors Street <br />south of tho Norfolk and Western railroad and west of tho thoroughfare, <br />Manilla. Street, and throe propertie s fronting Winston street. <br /> <br />5. That the property lying within the following boundaries be rezoned <br />from A-2 Residential to B-2 Business: the north lino of the new thoroughfare1 <br />the south line of the B-2 Businoss zone bordering the south side of the <br />Norfolk and Western railroad; and the wost line of Lavinder Street. This <br />embraces properties along Winston streot and Maryland Stroet. <br /> <br />6. That tho properties lying within tho following 'boundarios be rezonod <br />from A-2 Residential to B-1 Business: tho east lino of Lavinder stroet at its <br />intersection with the Maryland Street connection; the north lino of the new <br />220 thoroughfare; a line 100 feet south of the south line of Lavinder Stroet; <br />and the west line of the B-1 Business zone along the west side of Bridge <br />Street 0 This property is also intended to include all of Lot No. 1 fronting <br />on Lavinder Stroet, all of Lots No. 48, 49, 50, 51, and 52, and to exclude <br />a small portion of the front of Lot No. 2 fronting on Lavinder Street opposite <br />its intersoction with South Moss street.
