<br />a rate, or rates, of interest per armum as follows: $100,000 bonds
<br />maturing July 1, 1954 to 1963, b.oth inclusive, at 3 per centum,
<br />$55,000 bonds maturing July 1, 1964 to 1969, both inclusive at 3t per
<br />centum, we will pay Seven hundred seventy-five thousaid five hundred
<br />forty-two and 25/100 Dollars ($775,542.25). We will pay accrued interest
<br />from the date of the bonds to the date of payment of the purchase price.

<br />For the $620,000 WATER SYSTE1I IMPROVEMENT BONDS, said bonds bearing a rate,
<br />or rates, of interest per annum as follows: $620,000 bonds maturing July
<br />1, 1954 to 1974, both inclusive, at 3i per centum,

<br />For the $155,000 ELECTRIC SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT BONffi, said bonds bearing
<br />a rate, or rates, of interest per annum as follows: $155,600 bonds
<br />maturing July 1, 1953 to 1969, both inclusive, at 3% per centum, we will
<br />pay Seven Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Seven Hundred Five Dollars
<br />($776,705.00). We will pay accrued interest from the date of the bonds
<br />to the date of paJ~ent of the purchase price.
