Conduct a public hearing and consider approval of the sale of City-owned real <br />property consisting of approximately 2,800 square feet fronting 1324 South <br />Memorial Boulevard to Randy Powell and authorizing the City Manager to <br />execute a deed conveying said property as noted. <br /> <br />2. Conduct a public hearing and consider approval of the sale of City-owned real <br />property consisting of approximately 2,000 square feet fronting 511 South <br />Memorial Boulevard to James P. Price, Jr. and authorizing the City Manager <br />to execute a deed conveying said property as noted. <br /> <br />3. Reconsider capital expenditures frozen and other discretionary expense <br />reductions included in Council's action of December 21, 2006. <br /> <br />Work Session <br /> <br />4. Hear an update from the Martinsville-Henry County Economic Development <br />Corporation. <br /> <br />5. Presentation and review of FY06 audit report. <br /> <br />6. Update on Cherry Street Neighborhood Improvement Project. <br /> <br />7. Discussion of advertising a public hearing on a request by Sheila Williams to <br />rezone property at 800 Starling Avenue from R-6 Residential to P-2 <br />Professional. <br /> <br />8. Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />A. Accept and appropriate funds into the General and School Funds for FY07 <br />budget. <br />
