Remove implementation of 7K provision of FSLA for Police - Lawson <br />. Cut critical care and demolition reductions in half - Ferrill <br />. Remove reduction to Anchor - Reynolds <br />. Amend personnel reductions to $800,000 - Lawson <br />. Add eliminate recycling center - Clark <br />. Amend personnel reductions effective date to February 1,2007 <br /> <br />Mayor Reynolds then referred back to Council Member Anderson's <br /> <br />original motion with the suggested amendments and Council Member Lawson <br /> <br />called for the vote, with all members voting: Vote 4-1. Yeas (4) -Reynolds, <br /> <br />Clark, Anderson, Lawson.
