1,2, December 21 , 2006 Mayor Reynolds then duly seconded the motion and the floor was open for discussion by Council. Following Council's discussion, the following amendments to the original motion were offered: . Remove implementation of 7K provision of FSLA for Police - Lawson . Cut critical care and demolition reductions in half - Ferrill . Remove reduction to Anchor - Reynolds . Amend personnel reductions to $800,000 - Lawson . Add eliminate recycling center - Clark . Amend personnel reductions effective date to February 1,2007 Mayor Reynolds then referred back to Council Member Anderson's original motion with the suggested amendments and Council Member Lawson called for the vote, with all members voting: Vote 4-1. Yeas (4) -Reynolds, Clark, Anderson, Lawson.
