State

officials indicated, further, that the rebuilding of Routes 57 and 58 from Booker

Road to Bob Gregory Street could not be undertaken until the early part of 1960.

Upon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried in a recorded vote, Council

accepted the State prorosal pertaining to Memorial Boulevard widening and agreed

to include its acceptance as well as a guarantee of, necessary funds required of

the City in a resolution to be prepared and adopted.
