<br />2. The final plat, when submitted to the Commission, shall be accompanied by the <br />following data: <br /> <br />a. Cross sections and profiles of streets showing grades approved by the <br />City Engineer. The profiles shall be drawn to city standard scales and <br />elevations and shall be based on a datum plane approved by the City <br />Engine e r . <br /> <br />b. A certificate by the City Engineer certifying that the subdivider has <br />complied with one of the following alternatives: <br /> <br />(l) All improvements have been installed in accord with the require- <br />ments of these regulations and with the action of the Commission <br />giving conditional approval of the preliminary plat, or <br /> <br />(2) A bond or certified check has been posted, which is available to <br />the City, and in sufficient amount, approved by City Council to <br />assure such completion of all required improvements, or, <br /> <br />(3) A satisfactory contract has been executed by the City Council and <br />the subdivider providing for improvements as required in these <br />regulations. <br /> <br />c. Protective covenants in form for recording. <br /> <br />d. Other data: Such other certificates, affidavits, endorsements, or <br />deductions as may be required by the Commission in the enforcement of <br />these regulations. <br /> <br />3. Changes on Flat after Approval <br /> <br />No change, erasure or revision shall be made on any preliminary or final plat, <br />nor on accompanying data sheets after approval of the Commission has been <br />endorsed in writing on the plat or sheets, unless authorization for such change <br />has been granted in writing by the Commission. <br /> <br />SECTION VI - DESIGN STANDARDS <br /> <br />A. Streets <br /> <br />1. The arrangement, character, extent, width, grade, and location of all streets <br />shall be considered in their relation to existing and planned streets, to topo- <br />graphical conditions, to public convenience and safety, and in their appropriate <br />relation to the proposed use of the land to be served by such streets. <br /> <br />2. Where such is not shown in a General Community Plan, the arrangement of <br />streets in a subdivision shall either: <br /> <br />- 7 - <br />
