Hooker ot <br />the City Ciraui t Court on the validity ot the special sewer bond reterendum <br /> <br />held on November 5, 1957, Com:acil contmued tor turther consideration the <br /> <br />proposed sewerage system iaproTe_nt program. <br /> <br />In connection therewith, City Maager Hirst presented a November 15th letter <br /> <br />tro. the Vater Control Board adTising that the Board would conduct a hearing <br />at 2200 P.M., January 20, 1958, iD Richmond, Virgmia to determine whether <br />the Board will i8sue an ordjr to the City ot Martinsville to comply with <br />previously-expressed wishes ot the Board. Council instructed City Manager <br />Hirst to reque8t a p08tpon8Jl8nt ot the hearing until March ot 1958 at which <br /> <br />time Council would hope to present a detinite plan acceptable to the Board. <br />
