Shultz; Vice-Mayor and Cowx:i1man E. E. stODe; and Councilmen B. H. <br /> <br />Hill and J. R. Walker. <br /> <br />Arter the invocation, Council appointed Public Works Director George W. Brown to serve <br />as Clerk for the meeti~ in the absence of Clerk W. H. Yeaman.
