F rovides $4,200.00 for replacing inadequate under- street <br /> <br />culverts at Mulberry Road and Circle Court and at Clearview Drive and <br /> <br />Barrow's Mill Road. <br /> <br />22. Frovides $2,000.00 for additional traffic signs and $150.00 <br /> <br />for additional street name signs. <br /> <br />23. F rovides $2,850.00 for traffic control equipment which <br /> <br />would include $1,000.00 for automatic flashing school zone signals on <br /> <br />Memorial Boulevard at Starling Avenue, on Fayette Street at Smith Road. <br /> <br />and, on Cleveland Avenue at Brown Street. <br /> <br />24. Provides $32,000.00 for the construction of and right-of- <br /> <br />way acquisition for new streets. It is intended that the rebuilding and <br /> <br />extension of Doyle Street between East Church Street and Clearview Drive <br /> <br />would be the principle project scheduled under these funds. This 1. 6 mile <br /> <br />project, which would be entirely city financed, would open a needed traffic <br /> <br />route and connect the north and east areas of the city. <br /> <br />25. Includes approximately $2,000.00 for various street <br /> <br />widening projects including a section of Franklin Street near Liberty Street. <br /> <br />26. The amount of $5. 700.00 is encumbered from the prior <br /> <br />year to enable further action on widening B ridge Street between Chestnut <br /> <br />- 13 - <br />
