<br />308 <br /> <br />MONDAY <br /> <br />MAY 1? ~ 1961 <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Council of the City of Martinsvil1e, Virginia, as directed <br />by the Council during its regular meeting held May 9, 1961, was held in the Council <br />Chamber, Monday, May 15, 1961, at 7:15 P.M., for the purpose of receiving the City <br /> <br />Manager's proposed City Budget, consti tuting a fiscal plan, for the fiscal year <br /> <br />ending June 30, 1962. All members of Council were present, viz., Mayor J. Frank <br /> <br />Wilson; Vice-Mayor Fred T. Renick; Thomas J. Burch; E. E. Stone; and Harry L.
