The <br />department of insnections or public works department shall have <br />the right to require any house sewer to be uncovered for <br />inspection if it is back-f-il1edin vio;ation of this section. <br /> <br />Section 166. New materials <br /> <br />Any new material placed on the market after the adontion of this <br />code, which is annroved by a recognized testing agency as meet.ing <br />all the requirements of the NationaJ Bureau of Standards, and <br />v!hich the department of insoections a-cnroves beInr- equally <br />efficient, may be nermitted. <br /> <br />Section 216.
