Richardson, Jr. C ounci 1 a:Lso received a renort from the Planning <br /> <br />/---- <br /> <br />Comrrti.ssion in Which t.1.e Comm;ssion advised that WiUlOut additional study of plans <br /> <br />for the deireloprr:ent of property adjacent to Glenn Street it could reach no final <br /> <br />cone] usion as to the effect a closing of this street would have upon the City IS <br /> <br />responsibilities.
