Henderson, Jr., as apnraisors in connection <br /> <br />with the acquisition of necessary additional right-of-way for the improving and <br /> <br />widening of :Route 58 from Bob Gregory Street to tne east corporate liwits: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Hartinsville is desirous of participating with <br />the Virginia Department of HighlvayS and the Federal Bureau of Public <br />Roads in a project identified as Federal Project U-120-1 (4) and State <br />Project No. 0058-120-101 designed to improve and widen Route 58 or <br />East Church Street from its intersection with Bob Gregory Street to <br />the Cityls east corporate limits; and <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it will be the responsibility of the City of Martinsville to <br />establish appraisals on necessary additional right-of-way for this <br />project; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, in regular <br />meeting assembled this tenth day of Hay, 1960, that it hereby recom'11ends <br />that Messrs. T. J. Childress, Jr., and R. A.
