Henderson, Jr., as apnraisors in connection with the acquisition of necessary additional right-of-way for the improving and widening of :Route 58 from Bob Gregory Street to tne east corporate liwits: WHEREAS, the City of Hartinsville is desirous of participating with the Virginia Department of HighlvayS and the Federal Bureau of Public Roads in a project identified as Federal Project U-120-1 (4) and State Project No. 0058-120-101 designed to improve and widen Route 58 or East Church Street from its intersection with Bob Gregory Street to the Cityls east corporate limits; and ,- WHEREAS, it will be the responsibility of the City of Martinsville to establish appraisals on necessary additional right-of-way for this project; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, in regular meeting assembled this tenth day of Hay, 1960, that it hereby recom'11ends that Messrs. T. J. Childress, Jr., and R. A. Henderson, Jr., be appointed appraisors in connection with the acquisition of necessary additional right-of-way for the aforementioned project. -- Council was adjourned. - W. H.
