Dal ton, on behalf of himself and <br /> <br />other owners of property on Ranson Road, Coureil determined that the natural <br /> <br />drainage way on Ranson Road, crossing between Ivy Street and Oakgrove Avenue, <br /> <br />consti tutes a natural dividing line for establishment of a "block" and, further, <br /> <br />authorized the construction of curb-and-gutter on this portion of Ranson Road <br /> <br />pending availability of funis. <br /> <br />Upon request of Mitchell Motors, Ire., Council approved for City Manager Hirst's <br /> <br />signature a contract between Mitchell Motors and the City of Martinsville, which <br />contract replaces a similar contract dated May 28, 1950, bringing up to date an <br /> <br />arrangement by which Mitchell Motors furnishes a motorized vehicle for use of <br /> <br />the Martinsville Volunteer Fire Company. <br /> <br />Council was adjourned. <br /> <br />1".\ <br /> <br /> <br />ouncil <br /> <br />w.
