French, Dr. Marvin Midkiff, and l'b;. William Z. Ford, representing a <br /> <br />corporation known as ''Fifteen Cleveland, Inc.", presented a petition requesting <br /> <br />the rezoning of their property located at 15 Cleveland Avenue for professional <br /> <br />usage, indicating that consent has been obtained from adjacent property owners <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />and indicating, also, that ample off-street parking would be provided. COlucil <br /> <br />referred this petition to the PlaP~ing Commission for its consideration and <br /> <br />rec o!11Inenda tion. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried, Council approved for }~yor <br /> <br />Shultz' signature and execution on behalf of the City a water-line crossing <br /> <br />agreement with the Carolina and Northwestern Railway, providing for crossing <br /> <br />the railway company's right-of-way and railroad tracks on Fishel Street with <br /> <br />a six-inch City "Tater main. <br />
