Attorney Monday indicated that if a lawsuit was <br /> <br />brought against the city for breach of contract, the City would assume the <br /> <br />defense for actions as employees of the City. However, if they were named <br /> <br />individually in the suit, they may want to seek their own legal representation. <br /> <br />Mayor Reynolds then referred to the Resolution passed by the Henry <br /> <br />County Board of Supervisors recently requesting the City to consider <br /> <br />relinquishing its independent city status and joining Henry County as an <br /> <br />unincorporated town. He would like to send the Board a response from <br />
