James H. Ford, Attorney at La,!, on behalf of 1v1r'. Charlie <br /> <br />M. Finney, Council (1) aclthorized proper City officials to execute a quitcla~~ <br /> <br />deed to any and all interests in the property sho\m on "Hap of Property of J. Ford <br /> <br />Burgess" and located on the south side of Hemorial Boulevard, said map having <br /> <br /> <br />been prepared by l.J. W. Clingenpeel, C. L.S., December 31, 1959, ",hich property is <br /> <br /> <br />no,,, olmed 'trJ Hr. Charlie H.
