By unanimous agreement of members of Council and by their unanimous action, Council adopted the follo..rlng resolution requesting the Virginia Department of Highways to construct curb-and-gutter along State Route 57 during its current reconstruction progrml1 and under conditions set forth in said resolution: \~AS, the City of 1~tinsville, Virginia, is presently participating wi th the Virginia Department of High,,;ays and the Federal Bureau of Public Roads in the re-construction of State Route 57 or Chatham Road, between its intersection with U.
