Bidders submitting bids must use the bid forms which may be obtained fram Wheat and Co., Inc., 15 Selden Arcade, Norfolk, Virginia. Each proposal should be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal for City of Martinsville Bondsll, and should be directed to the "Council of the City of Martinsville, c/o the Office of the Treasurer of Virginia, Roam 101, Finance Building, Capital Square, ___ Richmond, Virginian. Further information will be furnished upon application to Wheat and Co., Inc., 15 Selden Arcade, Norfolk, Virginia. w. H.
